- Your business data belongs to you. We use it to run GrowthBot Pro for you.
- We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
- Each client sees only their own data. GrowthBot also learns from de-identified patterns across clients, never in a way that identifies you.
- Our AI provider, Anthropic, doesn't use your information to train its models.
- You can turn off the Monday Brief and Today's Push emails at any time.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
GrowthBot Pro ("GrowthBot," "we," "us") is provided by Goodmen Promotions, Washington, DC. This policy explains what information we collect through the GrowthBot Pro web application, this website (growthbotpro.com), and related emails (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider, and we cannot see them. We also record when you last signed in.
- Business profile. Your business name, industry, organization type (for example, for-profit or nonprofit), how your business earns money, who you serve, team size, founding date, and website.
- Business information you enter. Revenue or funding, leads, closed deals, customer counts, customer satisfaction (NPS) scores, goals, and monthly history.
- Files you upload. Documents you upload, such as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and text files up to 10 MB, plus the text we extract from them.
- Call transcripts. Transcripts or call notes you upload or paste into Call Review, and the analysis we generate from them. GrowthBot does not join, record, or transcribe calls.
- Activity in the Service. Priorities and issues the Service identifies, commitments you make, plans, check-ins, and your conversations with the Service's AI assistant.
- Connected tools (optional). If you connect HubSpot, Stripe, or CallRail, we store the API key you provide and summary information retrieved with it (for example, contact and deal counts or recent charges).
- Leads from your website. If you use our lead form, we store the information your website visitors submit: name, email, phone, message, budget, company size, and lead source.
- Notes from our team. Our team may add notes to your account. Some notes are internal and not shown to you.
- Usage records. How often you use AI features, estimated AI cost per account, and records of emails we send you.
- Browser storage. We store your sign-in session and a working copy of your data in your browser so the Service runs smoothly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
- This website. growthbotpro.com has no sign-up forms, analytics, or advertising pixels, and sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may log basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the Service, including dashboards, business-stage assessment, priority tracking, 90-day plans, forecasts, call reviews, and AI answers;
- send the Monday Brief (weekly) and Today's Push (weekdays, only when something is overdue or high-priority), plus account and security emails;
- enforce usage limits and keep the Service secure;
- provide support and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How GrowthBot gets smarter
GrowthBot gets more helpful the more you use it and the more business information you share, in two ways:
- It learns your business. Your history, results, and patterns shape your own priorities, forecasts, plans, and coaching.
- It learns across clients. We use de-identified, aggregated information from many businesses to understand what works and improve the Service for all clients. Before information is used this way, we remove details that identify you, your business, or your customers. Other clients never see your information.
This is separate from our AI provider, which does not train its models on your information (see section 4).
4. AI processing
To generate answers, briefs, plans, and call reviews, we send relevant business information, document text, transcripts, and notes to our AI provider, Anthropic. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, information sent through its API is not used to train its models. We may store AI responses temporarily so a repeated question can be answered without processing it again. AI output can be inaccurate. See our Terms of Service.
5. Service providers we share information with
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, file storage, server functions |
| Anthropic | AI processing |
| Resend | Email delivery |
| Netlify | Website hosting |
| Web fonts; public business ratings and reviews (Google Places) | |
| jsDelivr | Delivery of software libraries used by the app |
| HubSpot, Stripe, CallRail | Only if you connect them, using your own keys |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In the case of a sale, this policy will continue to apply to your information.
6. Who can see your information
Each client account can see only its own business's information. Authorized GrowthBot administrators can access client accounts to provide, support, and secure the Service.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database access rules that separate each client's data. Uploaded files are private and are opened only through links that expire after a short time. Sensitive keys are kept on our servers, and we run automated security checks after updates. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your email choices
Every Monday Brief and Today's Push email includes an "Email preferences or unsubscribe" link, and supports one-click unsubscribe in email apps. You can turn off either email. Your brief remains available in the app. We may still send essential account and security emails.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@goodmenpromotions.com. We will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep information to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
10. Leads you collect through GrowthBot
When you use our lead form, we store and process your website visitors' information on your behalf. You are responsible for giving your visitors any privacy notice required by law and for having a lawful basis to collect their information.
11. Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States.
12. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To make a request, email support@goodmenpromotions.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
